Remove Data

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data from our systems. This is also known as the 'right to be forgotten' under GDPR Article 17.

Right to Erasure

This right applies when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent, or when the data has been unlawfully processed.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, follow these steps:

    Log in to your account on budna.se
  • 2.
    Go to account settings (found under your profile)
  • 3.
    Select 'Delete Account' or 'Terminate Account' and follow the on-screen instructions
  • 4.
    Confirm the request via email or other verification method we send you
We will verify your identity before processing the deletion request to ensure your data is protected.

What Happens After Deletion

After you request deletion, we will process your request within 30 days (or up to 90 days for complex cases, with notification to you).
We will delete or anonymize your personal data, except for data we are legally required to retain, such as for accounting purposes (up to 5 years according to accounting law) or to handle disputes and legal claims.
If we retain data, this will be limited to what is necessary and protected in accordance with GDPR.
