Bid increments
Bids on a Budna auction must meet a minimum next-bid increment over the current high bid. One schedule applies to every listing; it is free of charge and cannot be varied per listing.

Policies that form part of this agreement
1. The increment schedule
Each band applies from its lower amount up to, but not including, the lower amount of the next band. The increment stops rising at 1 000: every bid at or above 100 000 raises by the same 1 000, however high the price climbs.
This schedule applies to every auction listing on Budna and is free of charge. Neither buyers nor sellers can change it for an individual listing. The minimum next-bid increment is determined by the current high bid as follows.
Because the increment is read from the current high bid, it rises as the auction climbs.

2. How increments are applied
2.1 A bid must equal or exceed the current high bid plus the applicable minimum increment.
2.2 Automatic (proxy) bidding raises a bidder’s active bid one increment at a time on the bidder’s behalf, up to the bidder’s stated maximum.
2.3 The Budna server clock is authoritative for the timing of bids and for the anti-snipe extension (see User Agreement section 20.5).
2.4 Increments do not affect a bidder’s obligations under User Agreement section 20.7 (Bids are binding) and Buyer rules section 1.
